  • Meetings:
    The XR Mastermind group is a high-value, exclusive community that meets monthly for 1.5 hours. To ensure maximum attendance, the group will work together to choose a time that suits most members, which will remain fixed unless a member proposes a change. As a small, selective group, we expect members to commit to attending each monthly meeting, and to give at least seven days notice if they cannot attend, whenever possible.Media Policy
    The XR Mastermind group values transparency and encourages members to take notes during our meetings to aid in the review of important points and decisions. However, to ensure that everyone feels comfortable speaking freely and openly, we have established a “Right to Record” policy.
    This policy states that members are allowed to record the meetings for their own personal review purposes only. The recordings should never be shared with anyone outside the XR Mastermind group and should be used solely for internal review and reference. We also ask that members never share or disclose any confidential information or breach any NDA agreements through their recordings or notes.
    By adhering to this policy, we can maintain a safe and supportive environment for all members and protect our collective interests as a group. If any member is found to have breached this policy, we reserve the right to take necessary actions, including removing the member from the group.
