Design Strategy
Before a single dollar goes to production, we think. Spatial language, narrative arc, technology selection, collaborator assembly. The strategy is the foundation everything else is built on.

Production
We assemble and lead the right team for the right project — creative direction, technical execution, vendor coordination, site management. Everything from first sketch to final load-out.

Vision without
execution
is just an idea.
Ethan Bach leads creative direction at Alt Ethos. For three decades his work has been exhibited and produced on five continents — including projects for the U.S. Department of Defense and the National Science Foundation, a Cannes Film Festival premiere, and a permanent installation lighting up downtown Fort Collins since 2019.
He holds an MFA in Electronic Arts from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, one of the country’s pioneering programs in electronic and experimental media, and has moved with every shift in the tools — from digital domes and interactive installations to metaverse worlds and, today, AI, which is part of how he works every day.
